南瓜蛋糕捲 Home Made "Pumpkin Roll"

自製 "南瓜蛋糕捲"

材料 :
1/4 cup 糖粉 (鋪毛巾用)
3/4 cup  中筋麵粉
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves 丁香
1/4 tsp salt
3  pcs lage egg
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup Pumpkin

奶酪餡 :
1 pkg (8oz) Cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tab butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract





烤盤抹油(奶油)


鋪烤紙


烤紙灑上麵粉


flour  baking powder  baking soda  cinamon cloves salt  in bowl


sugar eggs



 plus pumpkin


 plus flour


 蛋糕糊


到入烤盤


震均勻


375F 烤 15分


奶酪餡
cream cheese  butter 糖粉  香草精


打勻 (黏性)


毛巾


灑上糖粉


 蛋糕完成品



到扣毛巾


小心撕烤紙


完成


 用毛巾捲起


奶酪線準備


打開毛巾蛋糕捲,鋪上奶酪餡


再次捲成圓長狀(冷藏1-2H)
